Exhibit Content Types

Due to a sudden issue, Exhibit content types are currently not available; it is unclear when they will be. The server I'm currently on is dual PHP4/PHP5 and Exhibit requires PHP5; which would be fine, except that it is now (suddenly, and for reasons unknown) refusing to recognize the server as anything but PHP4. Should there be a change in this, it will be posted here.

Testing Lightbox

This is a test of whether the Lightbox2 module is working for this website. If all goes well, the link to the Lightbox2 module page should be Lightframed.

UPDATE:

Not working; will look into it. The post editor seems to be the culprit.

UPDATE2:

Hmm...It doesn't seem to be the post editor. Will continue looking into it.

UPDATE3:

OK, it was a silly mistake on my part. Clicking the link will not yield a lightbox of the target website.

Current To-Do

Some current to-do:

Housekeeping

(1) Re-organize Guest Blog theme
(2) CV page
(3) Get Printer-Friendly PDF working
(4) Expand About page

Content

(1) Bookshelf
(2) Featured Websites
(3) 'Web Library'
(4) Online Resources

Other

(1) Guest Blog readme
(2) Experiment with Google Docs use for posting
(3) Start preparing for 'opening'
(4) Consider authenticated user permissions & use of OpenID

Current To-Do

(1) I have recently uploaded the reCAPTCHA system. I'll be testing that. [Pending. You can do me a big favor by helping me test it: leave a comment below and let me know if you get anything quirky.]

(2) I've also tried adding a 'Scripture Filter' module, since if I can get it to work that would be one of those detail functionalities that add a nice touch. If I can get it to work. Test: Acts 17:28 [Check!]

Biblio

I have added the Biblio module. The sample bibliography entry is here; see how it looks on the bibliography page here.

Notes to self:

(1) I am having problems with Biblio Settings. This is a rather serious set of problems, if this module is going to be usable: I need to be able to administer it. Look into this. In the meantime, the main functionality seems to be intact.

(2) Biblio is still in beta, so keep an eye out for upgrades.

Some To Do

Some things to do:

(1) Begin integrating old HL content with new site. (Also look at Search 404 module as possible transition aid.)

(2) Research new modules.

(3) Add HL to feed aggregator, and link from front page.

(4) Begin developing Early Modern Web Library Portal.

(5) Develop a Featured Site vocabulary.

(6) Think through guest posting protocols.

(7) Look into forum features.

(8) Restore images that were mistakenly moved in transition. [Check]

(9) Play around with the features.

Test for Secondary Blogging System

Now let's see if I can get this to go where I want in less than a hundred tries.
